Summary -4 27th September 2018 night

1. We know that we are God's children through the witness that God's Spirit gives to our spirit. Romans 8:16 - The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
2. Brokenness is a continuing experience. It brings us closer to Christ to seek his life to be manifested in our lives.
3. Guilt is from the devil to drive us into despair and depression by driving us away from Christ by making us focus on our sinfulness.
4. No matter how sinful or ugly we feel we are still more sinful and uglier in truth. So there is no point in focusing on those feelings of inadequacy and feeling bad. We should instead look to the finished work on the cross and to our substitute Christ.
5. Also when we conquer one big sin in our life eg: anger, we will find there is another one eg: pride, taking the center stage.
6. It is especially in such times of guilt and feelings of unworthiness and doubting our salvation, after falling into sin, that the Holy Spirit witness to our spirit that we are sons of God and fixes us in the assurance of salvation.
7. Assurance of Salvation grows in us as we keep walking with Christ and keep experiencing the witness of the Holy Spirit.
8. Assurance of salvation preserves our joy in the Lord even when we fail and thus our failures only become means for producing in us a greater love of God. ( Luke 7:47 ) This truth should not be taken as a license to sin in order to produce more love towards God. This truth is only in keeping with the scripture in Romans 8:28 - And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
9. Because we are God's children we are also heirs of God, fellow heirs with Christ. Romans 8:17 - and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
10. We inherit all communicable attributes of God through Christ by being heirs ( Non-communicable attributes are Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnipresence ) We Inherit Christ's attributes which he earned for us by hard work as a son of man ( human ) such as holiness, perfection, mercifulness, love.... ( more people need to fill in here or clarify....)
11. These attributes which we acquire from Christ will appear as glory in the coming age.
12. We receive this glory by suffering with him.
13. Suffering can come in the form of temptation, sickness, tribulation, distress, sacrifices made to get into to the full plan of God and walk fully in it.
14. One such sacrifice is to reject the love of our near and dear ones who keep us from following the hard way ( the narrow path ). If we do not recognize this as Jesus recognized the care of Peter as the trap of Satan we will lose the full glory God has prepared for us.
15. Communicable attributes are given to only those who ask and pray for it. God makes us aware of them by preaching, teaching, and discussions with fellow believers or by any other means to make us desire them and ask God. Ezekiel 36:37 - This also I will let the house of Israel ask me to do for them ( verse comes after the promises of the new covenant in the same chapter). This is in keeping with the scripture Philippians 2:13 - for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
16. The sickness that was healed by the stripes of Jesus ( Isiah 53:5 ) is our sin. We get full healing for our bodies through the spiritual body we get at glorification. Though we get healing in this world also God may use sickness as a means to get us closer to him.
17. Jesus defeated the devil so we are fighting only a defeated foe. Jesus has undone the works of darkness already so there is no need of curse-breaking prayer for a born-again person. ( Jeremiah 31:29-32 ). All curses are taken away from people who come under the new covenant. Curse breaking ministers are doing a great sin because they actually say Christ's finished work on the cross was not perfect and their intercessory prayer is also required to release people from curses.
18. Similarly, a born-again person cannot have a demon.
19. The hundredfold houses and lands we receive for forsaking them to follow Christ ( Mathew 19:27,28) will be distributed among hundredfold brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, and children whom also we will receive in the same blessing. So the blessing is not for selfish indulgence in luxury.
20. Prophets who say we are under a curse because we have certain problems are shortsighted. They only see the things/happenings/experiences of this world and are unable to see what happened before the foundations of the world when God chose us in him and they are unable to see the glory that will be revealed in us due to suffering.
21. People with addictions cannot hear from God. Laws ( don't touch, don't taste etc ) cannot curb the desires or indulgence of the flesh. Colossians 2: 20 If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— 21 “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” 22 (referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings? 23 These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.
22. So, for example, taking the TV out of our homes does not curb the desire to watch programs. There also exists a bigger danger of children turning to uncensored mobile phones and watching worse programs or indulging in worse habits due to the nature of secrecy. So overall abstinence from one form only opens the door for another form. Abstinence helps only those who are young and do not have the wisdom or self-control to prevent indulgence and it only helps to a limited degree. Galatians 4: I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no different from a slave,[a] though he is the owner of everything, 2 but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by his father. 3 In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principles[b] of the world.
23. To really be saved from indulgences of the flesh our desires need to be turned from earthly things to heavenly things. 
24. The way of God's wisdom can only be taught and encouraged and cannot be enforced by law. For example, it would have been good to get a few families in our homes during the time of flood because that is what Jesus would have done ( He invited people to his home even when there was no place. ( Luke 9:58, John 1:38 ) But such things should be done out of Joy and not outward compulsion. If we impose the way of God's wisdom on people it will become a greater burden.
25. We can have complete victory over sin in thought and action in this age but total deliverance from sin comes only when we get a redeemed body. Till then some degree of imperfection exists.
26. We gradually learn to love everyone the same way. But till love is perfected in us we love different people in varying degrees. This variation can happen in our love towards children too. So regardless of our preference in feelings of affections the father should spend more time with the elder child when a second child is born because the mother will inevitably be occupied with the newborn.
27. Bible translations happen in different ways for example 1) word by word eg: KJV,RSV,ESV 2) dynamic equivalence eg: NIV 3) paraphrased version. so while reading one we should be aware of the background/benefits/limitations

1 നമ്മൾ ദൈവത്തിൻറെ മക്കളാണ് എന്ന് നമ്മൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത് പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് നമ്മുടെ ആത്മാവിനോട് ആ കാര്യം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന കൊണ്ടാണ് റോമർ 8: 16

2 തകർച്ച അനുഭവിക്കുക എന്നുപറഞ്ഞാൽ അത് തുടർന്നുപോകുന്ന ഒരു അനുഭവമാണ്. അതു നമ്മളെ ക്രിസ്തുവിലേക്ക് അടുപ്പിക്കുകയും ക്രിസ്തുവിൻറെ jeevan നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ വെളിപ്പെടുവാൻ നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ ആശ്രയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

3 കുറ്റബോധം പിശാചിൽ നിന്നുള്ളതാണ് അത് നമ്മളെ ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നിന്ന് അകറ്റി നിരാശയിലേക്കും വിഷാദത്തിലേക്കും തള്ളിവിടുവാൻ നമ്മളുടെ കുറവു കളിലേക്കും പാവങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നമ്മുടെ ശ്രദ്ധ തിരിക്കുന്നു.

4 നമ്മൾ എത്രതന്നെ പാപം ഉള്ളവരും അഴുക്കുള്ളവരുമാന്ന് നമ്മൾക്ക് തോന്നിയാലും സത്യത്തിൽ നമുക്ക് തോന്നുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ പാപികളും അഴുക്ക് ഉള്ളവരുമാണ് നമ്മൾ. അതുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ ആ പര്യാപ്തതയിലേക്ക് കണ്ണും നട്ടു ഇരുന്ന് സങ്കടപ്പെട്ട് കാര്യമില്ല. പകരം നാം കുരിശിൽ നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവ് സർവ്വതും നി വൃത്തിയാക്കി അതിലേക്ക് നോക്കുകയും നമ്മളുടെ പകരക്കാരനായ ക്രിസ്തുവിലേക്ക് നോക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്

5 നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പാപത്തെ, ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ദേഷ്യം, ഈ പാപത്തെ നമ്മൾ ജയിച്ചാൽ വേറൊരു പാപം, ഉദാഹരണം അഹങ്കാരം, അടുത്ത വലിയ പാപമായി നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നമുക്ക് തോന്നാം.

6 പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ഇതുപോലെ ഉള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ നമ്മൾക്ക് കുറ്റബോധവും അർഹത ഇല്ലായ്മയും തോന്നുന്ന സമയത്ത് നമുക്ക് നമ്മുടെ രക്ഷയെ പറ്റി സംശയം വരാം, പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും പാപത്തിൽ വീണശേഷം, ഈ സമയത്താണ് പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവ് നമ്മുടെ ആത്മാവിനോട് നമ്മൾ ദൈവമക്കൾ ആണെന്ന് സാക്ഷ്യം പറഞ്ഞു നമ്മളെ രക്ഷയുടെ ഉറപ്പിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരിക.

7 രക്ഷയുടെ ഉറപ്പ് നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നടക്കുന്തോറും നമ്മൾ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ സാക്ഷ്യം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് വലുതായി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും

8 നമ്മൾ പാപത്തോട് തോൽക്കുമ്പോൾ രക്ഷയുടെ ഉറപ്പ് നമ്മളുടെ ദൈവത്തിലുള്ള സന്തോഷത്തെ നിലനിർത്തുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മളുടെ പരാജയങ്ങൾ പോലും നമ്മൾക്ക് കർത്താവിനോട് കൂടുതൽ സ്നേഹം ഉളവാക്കാൻ ഉപകാരപ്പെടുന്നു. ലൂക്കോസ് 7: 47. ഈ സത്യം പാപം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഒരു സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യമായി നാം എടുക്കരുത്. റോമർ 8:28 ഇതിനെ ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

9 നമ്മൾ ദൈവത്തിൻറെ മക്കൾ ആകയാൽ നമ്മൾ ദൈവത്തിൻറെ അവകാശികളാണ് നമ്മൾ ക്രിസ്തുവിൻറെ കൂട്ട് അവകാശികൾ ആണ് റോമർ 8:17

10 ദൈവത്തിന് ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിൽ കൂടി നമുക്ക് തരാൻ പറ്റുന്ന വിശേഷഗുണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് ഉദാഹരണം അവൻറെ വിശുദ്ധി, അവൻറെ തികവ് ,അവൻറെ കരുണ, അവൻറെ സ്നേഹം, ഇതിനെല്ലാം നാം അവകാശികളാണ്. നാം ഇതിനുവേണ്ടിയാണ് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കേണ്ടത്. എന്നാൽ ദൈവത്തിൻറെ പരിശുദ്ധിയുടെ ഭാഗമായ സർവ്വജ്ഞാനം, സർവ്വശക്തി, സർവ്വവ്യാപി എന്നീ ഗുണങ്ങൾ ദൈവം നമുക്ക് അവകാശമായി തരുന്നില്ല.

11 നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നിന്ന് ഇങ്ങനെ അവകാശമായി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഈ ഗുണങ്ങൾ വരുവാനുള്ള യുഗത്തിൽ നമ്മുടെ തേജസ്സായി വെളിപ്പെടും.

12 ഈ തേജസ് അവനോടുകൂടെ കഷ്ടത അനുഭവിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് നമ്മൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

13 കഷ്ടത പല വിധത്തിൽ നമുക്ക് ഭവിച്ചേക്കാം പ്രലോഭനങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി രോഗങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി ഉപദ്രവങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി വിവിധതരം കഷ്ടതകളിലും വേദനകളിലും  ശോധന കളിലും കൂടി ത്യാഗങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി. ഈ കഷ്ടത നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടുകൂടെ അനുഭവിച്ചഎങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ നമ്മൾക്ക് ദൈവത്തിൻറെ സമ്പൂർണ്ണ പദ്ധതിയിലെ ഭാഗമാകുവാൻ കഴിയുകയുള്ളൂ.

15 ഈ ത്യാഗങ്ങളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഒന്നാണ് നമ്മളെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവരുടെ സ്നേഹം നമ്മൾ ക്രിസ്തുവിൻറെ ഇടുക്കം ഉള്ള വഴിയെ പോകാൻ വേണ്ടി നിരസിക്കുന്നത്. യേശു, തന്നെ ക്രൂശിൽ നിന്നും അകറ്റി നിർത്തുന്ന പത്രോസിനെ സ്നേഹം പിശാചിൽ നിന്നാണെന്ന് വിവേചിച്അതുപോലെ നാമും ചെയ്യണം . ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമുക്ക് ലഭിക്കുവാനുള്ള ദൈവം വെച്ചിരുന്ന പൂർണ്ണ തേജസ് നമുക്ക് ലഭിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത ഒരു അവസ്ഥയുണ്ടാകും

16 യെശയ്യാവ് 53: 5 പറയുന്ന രോഗം നമ്മളുടെ പാപമാണ് അല്ലാതെ ശരീരത്തിൽ വരുന്ന വേറെ രോഗങ്ങളല്ല. എന്നാലും ആ പാപം കാരണം നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്തിൽ വന്ന വീഴ്ചകൾ മാറി നമ്മൾക്ക് ഒരു പുതിയ ശരീരം കിട്ടുകയും സകല രോഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വിമുക്തനാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. നമുക്ക് രോഗത്തിൽനിന്നും ഈ ലോകത്ത് വെച്ച് തന്നെ സൗഖ്യം കിട്ടിയേക്കാം എന്നാൽ ദൈവം ചിലപ്പോൾ രോഗത്തെ നമ്മളെ അവനോട് കൂടുതൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വേണ്ടി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു

17 യേശു പിശാചിനെ തോൽപ്പിച്ചു അതുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മൾ യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഒരു തോറ്റ ശത്രുവിനോട് ആണ്. യേശു പിശാചിൻറെ പ്രവർത്തികളെ അഴിച്ചു അതുകൊണ്ട് ശാപം മുറിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ശുശ്രൂഷ വീണ്ടും ജനിച്ച ഒരു പൈതലിന് ആവശ്യമില്ല. ഇരമ്യാവ് 31-29:32. പുതിയ ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ അടിയിൽ വരുന്ന എല്ലാവരുടെയും ജീവിതത്തിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ ശാപങ്ങളും ക്രിസ്തു അകറ്റി ഇനി ശാപം പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മുറിച്ചുമാറ്റേണ്ട ആവശ്യമില്ല. ശാപം മുറിക്കൽ ശുശ്രൂഷ നടത്തുന്നവർ ഒരു വലിയ പാപം ചെയ്യുന്നു കാരണം അവർ ക്രിസ്തുവിൻറെ പ്രവർത്തി പൂർത്തിയായിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്നു. അവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥപ്രാർത്ഥനയും കൂടെ കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ അത് പൂർത്തിയായി മനുഷ്യരെ ശാപത്തിൽ നിന്നും അകറ്റുന്നു എന്ന് അവർ പറയുന്നു.

18 അതുപോലെതന്നെ വീണ്ടും ജനിച്ച ഒരു വ്യക്തിയിൽ ഭൂതം കാണുകയില്ല.

19 മത്തായി 19: 27, 28 വാക്യങ്ങളിൽ പറയുന്ന നൂറുമേനി വീടുകളും സ്ഥലങ്ങളും ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ അനുഗമിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി നമ്മൾ വീടും സ്ഥലവും ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ കിട്ടും എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് നമുക്ക് നൂറുമേനി സഹോദരന്മാരെയും സഹോദരിമാരെയും അപ്പൻമാരെയും അമ്മമാരെയും മക്കളെയും കിട്ടുമ്പോൾ വീതിച്ചു പോകും. ഈ നൂറുമേനി അനുഗ്രഹം നമുക്ക് ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ആഡംബരത്തിൽ ജീവിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ളതല്ല.

20 നമ്മൾക്ക് വരുന്ന കഷ്ടതകൾക്ക് കാരണം നമ്മുടെ മേൽ ശാപം ഉള്ളതാണ് എന്ന് പറയുന്ന പ്രവാചകന്മാർക്ക് ദീർഘദൃഷ്ടി ഇല്ല പകരം ഹൃസ്വദൃഷ്ടി ആണുള്ളത് അവർ ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ സംഭവിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ അവർക്ക് ദൈവം നമ്മളെ ലോക സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് മുൻപേ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തതും, ലോക അവസാനം ഈ കഷ്ടതകൾ മൂലം നമ്മളിൽ തെളിയുന്ന മഹത്വവും കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.

21 ആസക്തികൾ അഥവാ അഡിക്ഷൻ ഉള്ള മനുഷ്യർക്ക് ദൈവത്തിൽനിന്നും ദൈവ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുകയില്ല. തൊടരുത്, രുചി ക്കരുത് എന്ന് നിയമങ്ങളാൽ അവർ ജഡാഭിലാഷം പിടിയിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നതും ഇല്ല. കൊളോസി 2: 20 - 23

23 ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ടിവി നമ്മളുടെ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്തു മാറ്റുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ടിവി കാണാനുള്ള നമ്മളുടെ ആഗ്രഹം മാറുന്നില്ല. ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് ഇതുപോലെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ പിള്ളേർ വേറൊരു വലിയ പ്രശനം അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്നു. അവർ ടിവി കണ്ട സമയത്ത് അവർ എന്താണ് കാണുന്നതെന്ന് നമ്മൾക്കും അറിയാമായിരുന്നു അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ അതിൽ ഒരു നിയന്ത്രണം നമുക്ക് വയ്ക്കാൻ സാധ്യമായിരുന്നു. ഇന്ന് അവർ രഹസ്യത്തിൽ മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് ടിവിയിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ മോശമായ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ഇടപെടാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നു. ആസക്തികളിൽ നിന്നും മാറിനിൽക്കുക എന്നുള്ളത് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ മാത്രമേ ജ്ഞാനവും ജിതേന്ദ്രിയം ഇല്ലാത്തവരെ സഹായിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ ഗലാത്യർ 4: 1

23 ജഡാ അഭിലാഷങ്ങൾ ഇൽ നിന്നും യഥാർത്ഥമായി രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ നമ്മുടെ അഭിലാഷങ്ങൾ ഭൗമികമായ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ആത്മീയവും സ്വർഗീയമായ കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് തിരിയേണ്ടത് ആകുന്നു

24 പരിജ്ഞാനത്തെ വഴി ഉപദേശിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാനും അതു വഴി നടക്കാൻ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുവാനും മാത്രമേ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. അത് നിയമം വഴി അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പറ്റുന്നതല്ല. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ക്രിസ്തു തന്നെ വീട്ടിൽ സ്ഥലം ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നിട്ടും ശിഷ്യന്മാരെ അങ്ങോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോയതായി നാം വചനത്തിൽ കാണുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഈ വെള്ളപ്പൊക്കസമയത്ത് നമ്മൾക്കും ആൾക്കാരെ നമ്മുടെ വീടുകളിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരാമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ അത് നമ്മൾ സന്തോഷത്തോടുകൂടി ചെയ്യേണ്ട ഒരു കാര്യമാണ് അല്ലാതെ പുറമേ നിന്നുള്ള നിർബന്ധത്താൽ ന്യായപ്രമാണം വഴി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതല്ല. പരിജ്ഞാനവഴി നമ്മൾ ആൾക്കാരിൽ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിച്ചാൽ അത് ഇപ്പോഴുള്ളതിനേക്കാൾ വലിയ ഒരു ഭാരമായി അവർക്ക് തീരും.

25 നമുക്ക് ചിന്തയിലും പ്രവർത്തിയിലും പാപത്തിൽനിന്നും ഒരു പൂർണ്ണ വിടുതൽ ഈ യുഗത്തിൽ സാധ്യമാണ് എങ്കിലും ഒരു സമ്പൂർണ വിടുതൽ നമ്മൾക്ക് നമ്മുടെ വീണ്ടെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പുതിയ ശരീരം കിട്ടുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ നടക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ അതുവരെ അപൂർണ്ണതയുടെ ഒരംശം നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു.

1. We become children of God by receiving the Spirit of sonship ( Holy spirit )
1. All children of God are directed by the Holy Spirit even if at times we wander God will not let us wander for long.

4. We are righteous because we have the Spirit

This assurance I feel is a conviction testified by the Holy Spirit based on the evidences discernible in the spiritual life of a child of God.

Rom 8/16: The Holy Spirit bears witness that we are the children of God. I think the following are some some of the testimonies of Holy Spirit to confirm our conviction in this regard. There are still more I believe.

Rom 8/14: Sons of God are led by the Holy Spirit.  He has progressive spirit led life rather than a flesh led life.

Rom 8/13: In the lives of the child of God, the deeds of the flesh - the remains of the old man (outter man?) are put to death by the Holy Spirit and the inner man grows stronger progressively.

Coll3/1,2: A child of God will look up to the things above i.e. to Jesus Christ and set his desires accordingly for spiritual enlightenment and growth. He looses interest in the comforts and desires of the world.

Rom 8/15: A child of God, gets himself free from the bondage of fear. Progressively, he has no fear of death as discussed.

1John 3/9: 1 John 5/18 (ESV Bible): A child of God does not keep on sinning. I mean going on sinning with out a repentance. He may, out of his weakness in the flesh, sin sparingly but the Holy Spirit prompts him to repent before the mercy seat and the Holy Spirit enables him to crucify this sin habit.

1 John 3/16-18: A child of God will love his brothers in Christ and this love would be evident in doing good deeds by the prompting of the Holy Spirit in him.

Rom 1/17, Chapter Heb11, Heb 10/38:  A child of God will always long to live by faith in Jesus Christ rather than on material things of the world.

Heb 12/6: In the life of a child of God, God allows trails ( tribulations) of faith to enable him  to crucify the ‘self’ in him and get broken so that we look forward to get Jesus Christ as our substitute.  2 Corr 12/9: A child of God rejoices in his weakness as God gives abundance of grace when we are weak.

Rom 8/28: Holy Spirit would bring a child of God to realize that whatever adversity comes about in his life, God has allowed that to happen for his eternal good. So he sooner recovers from the trauma and would enjoy the peace in Jesus Christ.

1Cor10/31: Holy Spirit prompts a child of God to do everything for the glory of the Lord, giving praise and thanksgiving and prompts him to pray intermittently.

2 Cor6/14: Holy Spirit prompts a child of God to keep away from anything spiritually unclean especially anything that is against the word of God i.e. anything that doesn't give glory to Jesus Christ.

But thanks be to God that, though you once were slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were committed .  When people do not get this teaching they look to men who are relatively righteous and miss the righteousness of Jesus.

1. we fall into gross sin because we do not give glory to God
2. unsaved man is unable to give glory to God because he hates god
3. natural man is unable to give glory to God because he takes the glory of his self-effort
4. the apostolic calling in to bring about the obedience of faith which is different from the obedience of law or obedience of conscience
5. how obedience of faith comes only by God opening our eyes to the truths of the gospel and how self-effort is utterly useless and is a hindrance
6. how the only way to experience freedom from sin is to actually see that we died with Jesus. Faith is given to us by God to see the unseen reality not even striving through prayer gives us total deliverance. Truth is not just correctness buy truth is changeless
7. about slavery to grace and how only that produces the righteous works of Christ in us.
8. how slavery to grace only come through a shattering experience through an encounter with God when we find out that all our self-efforts are utterly useless to produce the love of Christ or the righteous works of Christ in us
9. how we cannot produce this brokenness by ourselves and how we are utterly depended on God for repentance
9. how we cannot speed up this encounter with God and how God himself slowly leads us into this crisis
10 that faith is not a condition that God imposes on us but how it is a gift of God and we need not pray for faith but start using the little we got to see it increase
11. how God's standards are impossible to achieve unless Christ himself comes and lives in us and does the work for us on our behalf.
12. how even sincere tears will not kill sin in us but only God can save us.
13. why godly habits are not the righteous works God has prepared for us and how godly habits are only the beginning stages of Christian life
14. why mental acknowledging of truth will not take you far in Christian life and how God only can produce the reality.
